Booking Policy
When booking your tour with Aqua Ventures, a 25% deposit is required on our confirmation of your booking . This amount can be sent as either a money order or cheque, Visa, MasterCard and American Express or you can contact us directly or fill out our booking form and we'll contact you! IF YOU CONTACT US MY EMAIL ...WE WILL RESPOND WITHIN 12 HOURS. Refund Policy
Your deposit is fully refundable up to 75 days prior to your trip. After which time the following applies: 75% refundable 35 days prior to trip 50% refundable 15 days prior to trip non-refundable less than 15 days prior to trip* Non refundable deposits can be applied toward another trip in the same season *Unless accompanied by a medical certificate
